Senior Accountant in Ortigas Pasig upto 60k
Qualifications:
-Must have a Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy
-A minimum of 7 work experience in the related field
-MUST BE A CPA
-Strong knowledge and competency in accounting principles.
-Adept computer skills and proficiency using programs like QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel
-Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact regularly with stakeholders, clients and vendors regarding sensitive topics like billing and payments
-Excellent organization skills for maintaining clear, accurate and meticulous financial records for a company
-Attention to detail for ensuring the accuracy of a company's financial records
-Multitasking in order to successfully handle multiple accounts, invoices and payments at various stages of execution
-Excellent efficiency for handling any accounting issues quickly with minimal interference
RESPONSIBILITIES:
-Compiles and analyzes financial information to prepare financial statements including monthly and annual accounts.
-Ensures financial records are maintained in compliance with accepted policies and procedures.
-Prepares financial management reports.
-Spearheads operations of all accounting functions such as AR, AP, Collections, Billings, Bookkeeping, Filing, Compliance, Bank Transactions- Deposit, Withdrawal, etc.)
-Analyzes and advised on business operations including revenue and expenditure trends, financial commitments and future revenues.
-Analyzes financial information to recommend or develop efficient use of resources and procedures, provide strategic recommendations and maintain solutions to business and financial problems.
-Continuous management and support of budget and forecast activities.
-Develop and maintains financial databases.
-Ensures accurate and appropriate recording and analysis of revenues and expenses.
-Supervises in the processing of all Government mandated requirements.
-Partners with People Operations in payroll preparation for both employees and consultants.
