ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Handle budget planning and presenting to the leadership team
Oversee the monthly financial reporting to the leadership team
Prepare financial statements
Process financial transactions
Manage payrolls
Manage the coding and classification of financial data
Oversee financial procedures, offer guidance, offer insights, implement changes, and enhance processes
Resolve accounting issues and make informed decisions
Stay informed about industry changes, and ensure compliance with financial regulations
QUALIFICATIONS
A bachelor's degree in the related field
A Certified Public Accountant (CPA) is a must
Have experience with building and maintaining financial reports using Microsoft Power BI
Proficient in Xero and Project Works with some familiarity with Bill.com
Adept at driving process improvements, and can efficiently oversee and streamline comprehensive financial operations
Thrives in a fast-paced environment and possesses a relentless spirit in pursuing accuracy and passion for continuous improvement
Strong expertise in accounting principles and financial reporting
Possess a forward-thinking and analytical mindset, capable of providing robust financial insights and steering the organization toward financial success
Exceptional communication and leadership skills are essential, as the role requires effective collaboration with the executive leadership and cross-functional teams
