Descrizione Senior Accountant- Administration & Finance Manager Qualification * Minimum 5 Years of experience in Full Book Accounting with CPA qualification * Foreign Branch administration management experience in Philippines is a plus * Pro Descrizione Senior Accountant- Administration & Finance Manager Qualification Minimum 5 Years of experience in Full Book Accounting with CPA qualification Foreign Branch administration management experience in Philippines is a plus Proven track records in dealing with company regulations, tax & customs authorities Previous experiences with the construction industry, preferably for large projects with international financing SAP Experience preferred Job Description Ensure the preparation of the Branch Financial Statement: Actual, Budget, Forecast. Ensure the preparation of the Monthly report Actual Ensure the compliance with local tax and legal requirements Manage the relation with local auditors and filing report with relevant authorities Manage the relation with tax authorities: Income Tax, VAT, local taxes. Liaise with Department of Transport to get VAT refund, and issuance of monthly payment claims. Prepare cash flow statements: Actual, Budget, Forecast Manage cash at bank with Central Treasury based on forecast cash flow. Maintain relation with the local bank Audit Employees Expense claims, petty cash & Credit cards and ensure that it is compliant internal policies Insure Fixed Asset register kept updated. Follow the company policies and procedures and perform the internal controls Maintain proper document filling system Any other tasks required
