Qualification
Education: Bachelor's degree in an engineering discipline, or closely related technical field of study will be considered.
Experience: Minimum of 5 years' experience supporting test handlers and device contactor in the field. Good experience in project management and high project management capabilities.
Skills/Technical Requirements: Knowledge of semiconductor packages and back-end test production operations. Must possess excellent oral and written communication skills; ability to develop presentations to provide updates to internal and customers, work tracking spreadsheets, email communication with whole organization and represent in customer or internal meetings. Must have strong process ownership and project management skills to work effectively with customers, sales and SE&S team in a team environment. Must be able to effectively translate customer requirements to the ISG organization, and effectively handle customer inquiries in a professional and competent manner. Must be able to analyze and resolve complex customer requirements and internal process framework. Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint and Excel) and project management tools is required.
Willing to travel at short notice, possession of own car preferred
Job Conditions:
Works in an office, machine shop or test floor environment with constant or intermittent noise, some variations of temperature. Prolonged periods of sitting at the computer terminal and operate a keyboard is required. Domestic and international travel is required.
