Represent messaging services with corporate security teams. Coach messaging teams for compliance and progress. Support and track security KPIs. Build reference architecture, define guidelines, and provide best practice recommendations. Automate processes where applicable. Monitor vulnerabilities, implement solutions, and ensure service continuity. Manage relationships with internal and external partners. Implement security measures adhering to Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) guidelines. Continuously monitor and secure Red Hat infrastructure. Maintain and upgrade Red Hat systems, applying security patches. Develop and enforce Red Hat-specific best practices. Minimum Qualification At least 7-10 years of experience with Linux system administration and deployment Knowledge of Linux on various distributions, specially RHEL (Red Hat Enterprise Linux) Hands-on experience in security systems (firewalls, intrusion detection systems, anti-virus software, authentication systems, log management) Thorough understanding of the latest security principles, techniques, and protocols TLS knowledge (HTTPS, PKI, encryption, etc.) Familiar with automation/orchestration tools such as Ansible and code management tools (GIT, Gitlab) Good understanding of IT technologies (programming, cloud architecture, micro-services, automation) and DevOps practices (DevOps, TDD, CI/CD) IP network troubleshooting (Wireshark) Experience with Red Hat security modules like SELinux Familiarity with Security Incident and Event Management (SIEM) tools Experience with vulnerability assessment and management tools Experience In Conducting Penetration Testing, Interpretation And Mitigating Vulnerabilities Proven ability to identify threats, develop or recommend countermeasures, and perform advanced trend analysis Experience in creating and maintaining comprehensive documentation related to IT infrastructure, security tools, and best practices Understanding of risk assessment methods and technologies Red Hat Certified System Administrator (RHCSA) or Red Hat Certified Engineer (RHCE) preferred #J15
