Represent messaging services with corporate security teams. Coach and collaborate with messaging teams for compliance and progress. Support and track security KPIs. Build reference architecture, define guidelines, and provide best practice recommendations. Automate processes where applicable. Monitor vulnerabilities, implement solutions, and ensure service continuity. Manage relationships with internal and external partners. Implement security measures adhering to Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) guidelines. Continuously monitor and secure Red Hat infrastructure against potential threats. Maintain and upgrade Red Hat systems, applying security patches in a timely manner. Develop and enforce Red Hat-specific best practices within the team and organization. Qualifications 7-10 years of Linux system administration and deployment experience. Proficient in Linux distributions, especially RHEL. Hands-on experience in security systems, firewalls, intrusion detection, anti-virus, authentication systems, and log management. Thorough understanding of the latest security principles, techniques, and protocols. Familiarity with automation tools (Ansible), code management (GIT, GitLab), and IT technologies (DevOps, TDD, CI/CD). IP network troubleshooting skills (Wireshark). Red Hat Certified System Administrator (RHCSA) or Red Hat Certified Engineer (RHCE) is a plus. Experience with Security Incident and Event Management (SIEM) tools. Knowledge of vulnerability management tools and assessment processes. Experience in conducting penetration testing and interpreting results. Ability to identify threats, recommend countermeasures, and perform advanced trend analysis. Strong documentation skills related to IT infrastructure, security tools, and best practices. Understanding of risk assessment methods and technologies. Desired Skills And Experience Telecom experience is an asset. Cloud Technologies proficiency (Google, AWS, Redhat, OpenShift).
