Job Title: Security Specialist System Administrator

Responsibilities:
Implement security controls across messaging services and infrastructure.
Represent messaging services with corporate security teams.
Coach messaging teams for compliance and progress.
Support and track security KPIs.
Build reference architecture, define guidelines, and provide best practice recommendations.
Automate processes where applicable.
Monitor vulnerabilities, implement solutions, and ensure service continuity.
Manage relationships with internal and external partners.
Implement security measures adhering to Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) guidelines.
Continuously monitor and secure Red Hat infrastructure.
Maintain and upgrade Red Hat systems, applying security patches.
Develop and enforce Red Hat-specific best practices.
Qualifications:
7-10 years of Linux system administration and deployment experience.
Proficient in Linux, especially RHEL.
Hands-on experience in security systems, firewalls, intrusion detection, and more.
Familiarity with automation tools (Ansible), code management (GIT, GitLab), and IT technologies (DevOps, TDD, CI/CD).
Red Hat Certified System Administrator (RHCSA) or Red Hat Certified Engineer (RHCE) is a plus.
Experience with SIEM tools, vulnerability management, and penetration testing.
Strong documentation skills.
Understanding of risk assessment methods.
Desired Skills:
Telecom experience.
Proficiency in Cloud Technologies (Google, AWS, Redhat, OpenShift).
Cybersecurity certifications (CISSP, CISM, CEH, CompTIA Security+).
Basic knowledge of computer languages (Python, Java, etc.).
