Security Solution Integrator

Responsibilities:
Write Method of Procedures for firewall update, addition, changes, removal
Update firewalls configuration, rules, objects, tunnels, patching
Execute cutovers with team
Validate delivered update
Update supporting document/tool
Report state of the completed changes
Minimum Experience & Education
2+ years experience in hands-on technical integration of security and network technologies
College degree in Computer Science, System Engineering, or another related IT program is an asset.
Required competencies:
Must have knowledge and functional understanding of Juniper Firewalls
Knowledge and functional understanding of networking technologies such as Routing and Switching, VPN Tunnels, Layer 2 / Layer 3 Topologies,
Knowledge and functional understanding of additional security or networking technologies such as Security Information and Event Management (SIEM), Network Management Systems, Software-Defined Networks, Mail Gateways, Vulnerability Assessments & Scanning, Web Caching, WAN Optimization, Network Performance Management, Multifactor Authentication
IT networking skills
Good to have knowledge and functional understanding of Firewalls including Fortinet, Cisco & Checkpoint
Mist AI, Specialist (JNCIS-MistAI) Certification
Must have any of the following Industry or Vendor security certifications:
o Security, Professional (JNCIP-SEC)
o Certification or Security, Expert (JNCIE-SEC) Certification

Ability to communicate technical points to others at the technical, user, and management levels
