SWAK BPO Corp. is looking for a Security Receptionist!
We are looking for Security Receptionists who will serve as security and receptionist of the company. He/She will roam around the facility from time to time to check on the general security of the facilities.
The successful candidate will also assist, among his/her other tasks, in seeing to it that appliances are unplugged, when necessary, especially on the weekend. There would also be times that he/she will assist the Company Nurse in sending home sick employees when needed.
Job Responsibilities:
Issue ID badges to Swak BPO Corp. visitors
Maintain open communication with management regarding issues with work or scheduling and operational procedures.
Coordinate emergency response procedures and dissemination of internal communications regarding safety and security processes to staff members.
Produce and write reports on all shift activities with oral reports and emergency notifications delivered as directed by established security procedures.
Ensures safety and security measures within the office premises
Welcomes all guests and provides or facilitates any assistance needed
Receives incoming documents and promptly forwards them to the persons concerned
Handles all necessary coordination with other Security Receptionists and building admin
Job Qualifications:
Has a good understanding of office technologies and office computer software, such as Microsoft Word
Able to utilize Internet applications, such as MS Outlook
Has good observation skills to quickly recognize intruders and be aware of illegal activities
Must have the physical strength to apprehend offenders and handle emergency situations
Friendly, patient, and confident in communicating with other people
Has people skills and can assist visitors/employees with any concerns
Must be patient and have strong decision-making skills
*This is going to be on-site work. Our offices are located in Clark Freeport Zone, Angeles City, Pampanga.
