Job Description
A a Security Analyst, your duties and daily work schedule will be overseen by the Global Security site manager, responsible for the overall Site Security Administration/Operations at Western Digital Storage Technologies Philippines.
Your daily responsibilities will involve the overall management of Security Administrative works (Company Standards, Policies, Memos, Budget Monitoring, Weekly/Monthly Reports, Badge Management, CMT Portal, Service Now Tickets, Visitor Screening, Security Operations Center monitoring and reports). You will be required to collaborate cross functionally, conducting internal investigations in conjunction with and on behalf of Legal and Ethics and Compliance teams. As part of this role, you may be required to conduct investigative interviewing, gather evidence , handle sensitive information, and assist in case building. You will also conduct periodic security auditing to comply with the Global Security Guidelines.
Together with the site security manager, you will assist in ensuring with compliance of Integrated Management System (ISO9001, ISO45001, ISO14001, ISO22301)
Equipping Security Team to highest standard of security services
Security Risk governance (assessments and evaluations)
Security Incident Investigation
Emergency Planning, Response support and Crisis management.
You will collaborate cross functionally with Western Digital partners in planning, preparing, and administering security programs, security education and awareness to employees and compliance with all known government requirements
As an integral member of the Global Security Organization Provides, you will advise, guide and support employees of Western Digital and assist them in:
Assessing and mitigating the risk of harm to Western Digital employees, contractors, customers, or others on Western Digital premises.
Assessing and mitigating the risk of misappropriation of Western Digital financial, physical, or intellectual assets.
Assessing and mitigating the risk of damage or destruction of Western Digital physical assets.
Providing for the security of people and property during routine business operations or during a crisis or disaster.
Qualifications
REQUIRED:
Bachelor's degree in related field
Minimum 3- 5 years of recent experience working in an area of their specialty or related field as a Security Professional.
Advanced skills in operating Microsoft Office - Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
PREFERRED:
Minimum 2-3 years of investigative experience in leading and conducting criminal investigations, investigative interviewing , evidence gathering and case building.
Previous experience at least in a supervisory role for handling Site Security operations in a manufacturing setting
BOSH-Trained, background in Occupational Safety and Health
Certified First Aider or ERT

Ability to make clear, logical decisions based on facts, taking into consideration the big picture, long and short term effects, and exercising sound judgment when handling complaints, confidential and sensitive issues
Demonstrated ability to deliver consistent positive results through influencing, coordinating and managing the efforts of others
Ability to analyze and resolve security problems including Security Investigations
Specialized Technical Knowledge - CCTVs, DVRs, NVRs, Alarm system
Familiar with CTPAT, AEO & KC3 Requirements
Security Project Design and Management
Security assessment skills
