STA. LUCIA REALTY & DEVELOPMENT, INC. & STA. LUCIA LAND, INC. has grown beyond the mastery of Subdivision, Residential Condominium and Condo-Hotel developments.
 
We are in need of:
 
SECURITY OFFICERS
 
Qualifications:
Male
Preferably knows how to drive motorcycle and 4-wheeled vehicles, with a valid drivers license
With experience in Security Operations
With strong leadership skills and willing to do field works
Can implement security policies, rules and regulations
Must be computer literate
Knowledgeable to prepare reports
Familiar in using emails and viber
Duties and Responsibilities:
Will visit and inspect all assigned post/ subdivisions
Monitor all guards on duty in all subdivision
Responsible in the replacement for reliever of Guards
Motivate all posted Security Personnel in different Subdivision (check proper uniform/greetings)
Make sure all Security Personnel perform their respective duties and responsibilities
Do some investigative works i.e. investigations on some untoward incident that transpired within the Subdivision (blotter/ barangay coordination etc ... )
Attend homeowner's meeting if the need arise
Update/ Submit report to the Management time to time
