·         Ensure the security and safety, and well-being of all students, personnel and visitors inside the school;
 
·         Regularly roving and assuring the company's safety and free from the danger outside in accordance with the school's regulations;
·         Secure the school by controlling and reporting entry, exit of students, personnel properly and screening all visitors per the school policy;
·         Monitor surveillance and security panel alarm systems, communicating necessary information to prompt required investigation and facilitating the appropriate emergency response;
·         Notify and assist the administrative staffs, police, fire department, or other appropriate authorities of security or emergency situations;
·         Control situation and/or individual unlawful behavior that may cause fighting inside or trigger an occurrence;
·         Assist injured persons and determines appropriate action in a timely manner including contacting emergency medical personnel when necessary;
·         Provide friendly customer service and quick and relevant resolution to escalated incidents;
·         Work closely with law enforcement agencies to conduct and participate in any and all training as determined appropriate;
·         Must qualify with a firearm according to the approved district firearms and ammunition list annually;
·         Assist school Management in the school's facility checking such as damages and losses;
·         In times of accident/incident submit an incident report to his superior or Department Head within the time of his duty (no longer than 24 hours).
·         Patrol and supervise the school campus every one hour day/night. 
·         Check the bag of all the people coming in and outside the campus.
·         Report in group chat all the findings. (Damage/Thief etc.)
·         Check the ID.  (No I.D no entry policy) Asked the guest to live an ID and provide them with visitors pass. 
·         Perform other duties as assigned by the management from time to time.
Enforcing campus rules and regulations like no ID no entry and checking of bags/parcels vehicles in/out of the HLA premises.
Safeguarding the school grounds from suspicious people and activity.
 
·         At least 3 years' experience in law enforcement or Standard Operating Procedure or as a security guard;
·         Excellent problem solving and people management skills;
·         Strong ability to provide a very high level of customer service to schools and community;
·         Knowledge in working with technical communications systems, programs and equipment during daily operations and emergency circumstances.
·         CRIMINOLOGY GRADUATE / NCII Certified (TESDA) / ALS with SECURITY CERTIFICATE;
·         Firearm Owner's Identification Card is advance.
