The role will work with a variety of t Purpose of the Role: The Senior Security Consultant will assist with penetration tests against a client's application and network assets - both manual and automation testing, to find where vulnerabilities exist. The role will work with a variety of testing tools, to probe an organisation's network - attempting to find any areas which are vulnerable to attack and identifying methods by which attackers could exploit security flaws. Working as part of our Cyber Security team, the role will seek out and identify passive threats to network integrity. The role will work closely with customers, with the aim of providing reports on findings, working as the primary technical contact for project delivery. Major Accountabilities Engagement, Delivery & Management Hands on Penetration testing across multi-tiered customer environments - Web Applications, Internal / External Network / Wireless Social Engineering / Phishing Engagements Reporting of technical vulnerabilities, exploits and competency to run customer briefings and debriefs Team Management Identify, assess and manage skills transfer - both internally and with customers Customer Experience Measure customer satisfaction, manage and respond to customer feedback Design and implement strategies to enhance the customer experience Security and Subject Matter Expertise Technical expertise on Pen Testing/Ethical Hacking as/when needed Public facing representative for integrated security risk management Evangelise best practice, research and knowledge sharing Assess and scope testing activity and perform job estimates as required - ensuring that testing activity defined in scopes are delivered to the highest standard Qualifications: Minimum 5 years' experience in penetration/ethical hacking Red team or adversarial simulations a bonus At least one of the following certifications: OSCP, OSCE, CREST etc Strong oral and written communication skills Experience working on projects and with teams Experience with IT and cybersecurity strategy, policies, standards, procedures and controls Experience and practical understanding of Information Security Standards & Frameworks
