What is your mission?
You are required to perform these job functions:
Develop, communicate, and ensure compliance with organizational security policies and standards
Work directly with the business units to facilitate IT audit, risk analysis and risk management processes, identify acceptable levels of risk, and establish roles and responsibilities about information classification and protection
Provide expert guidance to different business units as they create internal process and policies
Provide subject matter expertise to executive management on a broad range of information security standards and best practices, such as ISO 27001, HIPAA, SAS 70 and ITIL
Ensure that security programs follow applicable laws, regulations, and policies to minimize or eliminate risk and audit findings
Coordinate corporate IT compliance and audit; work with legal and HR management teams as required
Manage security incident response to protect corporate IT assets, including intellectual property, fixed assets, and the company's reputation
Develop effective disaster recovery policies and standards; coordinate the development of implementation plans and procedures to ensure that business-critical services are recovered in the event of a declared disaster and provide direction and in-house consulting in these areas
Create and manage information security and risk management awareness training programs for all employees, contractors, and approved system users
Performs other duties that may be assigned from time to time
 
Who are we looking for?
Must be a graduate of any IT/Engineering related course
With at least 3 years of experience in Information Security with focus on Incident Response, Security Engineering, and/or Intrusion Detection
Enjoy working independently with little or no supervision while maintaining a high level of efficiency
Detail oriented and organized with a strong discipline of adhering to and advocating for standards
Ability to resolve conflicts and drive issues to resolution without critical issue
Must be flexible and quick to adapt to sudden changes and issues
Working knowledge of macOS and standard Apple suite programs is a must
Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills
CISSP and related security certifications a plus
Experience with Information Security domain is a plus
