Graduate of any Bachelor’s Degree (preferably Criminology Graduate)
Background/Retired in AFP/PNP
Have background BI and CI.
With good moral character
Have basic skill in investigation
Minimum two (2) years of experience in Security Industry.
Can work in a fast-paced environment.
Good analytical, interpersonal, time management, research and communication skills.
Must be able to view control issues and concerns.
Excellent knowledge in excel application
Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of staff.
Excellent time management and organizational skills.
Demonstrate ability to lead and work effectively with a team.
Ability to listen, analyze coach, train, and motivate his team.
