SECURITY ACCOUNTS SUPERVISOR/INVESTIGATOR
JOB DESCRIPTION:
The Security Accounts Supervisor will act as a key point of contact for our clients and will be responsible for maintaining and improving our client relationships within the security guard contracting industry. This individual will also be responsible for coordinating client meetings and ensuring the highest level of service delivery.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Client Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients. Address client concerns, provide timely responses, and foster a positive, long-term relationship.
Coordination and Liaison: Coordinate with clients to set up meetings, schedule services, and facilitate communication between the client and our organization. Act as a liaison to ensure the client's needs and concerns are fully addressed.
Incident Management: Conduct basic investigations on incidents reported by the client or on-site personnel. Collaborate with the operations team to resolve these incidents effectively.
Service Delivery: Oversee the delivery of security services to clients. Ensure that the services align with the contract and the client's expectations. Handle any modifications or changes to the service agreement as needed.
Reporting: Prepare regular reports on account status, incidents, and client feedback. Provide insights to the management team to improve service delivery.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Security Management, or a related field.
College Level with experience can also apply,
Minimum of 5 years of experience in the security industry, preferably in a client-facing role.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage incidents effectively.
Experience in investigating security incidents is preferred.
Proficient in using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
A valid Security Supervisor License or similar certification would be advantageous.
Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities simultaneously.
With Driver's license ( 2 wheels and 4 wheels)
