JOB DESCRIPTION
Assist Client CEO about matters concerning daily schedules and activities
Prepare and distribute correspondences, forms, memos and other documents necessary for work efficiencies
Organize and document rest day schedules of drivers, auxiliary staff and players
Manage banking activities and schedules
In charge of monitoring day-to-day activities of auxiliary staff
Communicate with Head Office Human Resources regarding workforce requirements
Submit timely record of attendance needed for scheduled payroll
Coordinate with Head Office Payroll Officer about issues concerning salaries and wages
Provide documentation to Human Resources concerning face-to-face interviews of applicants, skills tests, evaluation and appraisal
Facilitate dissemination of important information from Head Office concerning the organization
JOB QUALIFICATION
Graduate of any 4 year course
With Good English Communication Skills
Can speak and write correspondences in both English and Filipino Languages
Computer Literate with intermediate to advanced skills in MS Office
Willing to be based in Pampanga- Free boarding
Fresh graduates are welcome
