Answering inquiries.
Perform administrative tasks, including filing, printing and photocopying.
Manage all outgoing or incoming correspondence including e-mail, letters, packages and etc.
Organize invoices or financial statements and monitor bookkeeping activities.
Manage electronic and paper records ensuring information is organized and easily accessible.
Do basic liaison work like cash & check deposit to the bank, deliver purchase order to suppliers and other assigned tasks.
