Assist the Managing Director on his task to organize, monitor and to implement proper control on the organization. It is a task to oversee that all instructions of the Managing Director are properly being implemented by the organization. Monitor all reports and attend concerns by the Managing Director.
Job Qualifications:
· Degree in Hotel Management or equivalent
· 1-2 years of experience as Admin Assistant
· Task includes organizing files, preparing documents and scheduling appointments
· With good communications skills and pleasing personality
· Must be willing to work in Sampaloc, Manila
