Mansari Builders is a company that specializes in cabinet making using High Pressure Laminated Boards (plywood, MDF, particle boards). We use modular or flat-packed technique in our cabinets. Our Company has specialty in making high quality modern furnitures, using of good techniques and dedicated machineries for wood working. Qualifications & experience
Graduate of any 4 year course
Preferably with at least 2-3 years of experience in Secretarial or Office work position
Can understand Tausug, Chavacano and Bisaya speakers
Computer literate especially on MS Excel, Word and Powerpoint
Tasks & responsibilities
Checking of materials before delivering to the client
Inventory report of remaining materials in the shop every Saturday
Entertain inquiries of walk-in clients in the shop
Replying inquiries of customers in social media account (Facebook, etc.)
Manage advertisements of Mansari Builders' Facebook Page
Arrange/schedule meeting with prospect clients
Prepare Statement of Billing of clients
Discuss Progress Report of Projects
Preparing salaries of employees, utility payments, etc.
Procure, purchasing of materials and arranging the delivery of materials
