Responsibilities:
Facilitate the preparation of Philippine government bidding documents, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and guidelines.
Assist in coordinating and managing the bidding process, including document submission and follow-up.
Handle general office-related tasks, such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, and maintaining records.
Manage and update Excel spreadsheets and other relevant databases.
Assist in organizing meetings, events, and travel arrangements.
Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism.
Perform any other administrative tasks as assigned.
Requirements:
-Worked in a company as an office clerk or sales representative for 2 years or more
-Graduate in any related Business course
-Ability to multitask and prioritize work effectively.
-Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
-Have PR skills
