Answer telephones and respond to inquiries via telephone or email
Take messages and minutes during meetings
Perform administrative tasks, including filing, photocopying, making approval request form
Write emails and letters as needed
Implement and/or develop office procedures and record systems
Assist in ISO documentation
Qualification
College Graduate or Vocational Course Graduate
With related job experience is an advantage
MS Office proficient
With good oral and written communication skills
With ISO 9001:2015 and 14001:2015 background
Hard-working and flexible
Requirements
Minimum education level: Vocational
1 year of experience
