Perform non-conforming materials management, verification and disposition at Probe operation/wafer sort
Responsible for improvement or rationalization of device/product yield
Lead Technicians and manufacturing line personnel in implementing yield and quality controls and procedure
Review and revise applicable process specifications
Establish close loop communications with BU and FAB engineering on product performance status and improvements
Coordinate with internal operations on product issues and concerns
Continuous improvement of product, process and quality through technical innovation and projects
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, preferably major in Electronics, Electrical, or Computer
With at least 5 years of experience in Wafer Probe or Final Test area
Above average analytical and programming skills
Knowledgeable on statistical process control and problem-solving methodologies
Working knowledge on any Automated Test Equipment is an advantage
Team player, persuasive and with good communication skills
