Islands Souvenirs Inc. is currently looking for applicants who are willing to work as SEASONAL SALES STAFF for a duration of ONE MONTH ONLY (December-January).
 
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Proactively shares product knowledge and effectively handles objections to maximize sales
Provides a warm, welcoming retail environment to customers, adheres to customer service standards guidelines
Meets compliance requirements  in all areas of operational activity, company policies and procedures 
Maintains shelf organization and stocking; assists in ensuring orderliness and upkeep of the store
Pro-actively attends to customer needs, answers customers' questions, channels customer complaints to proper avenues, escalates to OIC or store manager, as applicable
Effectively communicates  store policies to customers 
Provides a welcoming retail environment to customers, adheres to customer service standards guidelines
Performs other tasks as maybe assigned from time to time.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Willing to work for a during the Sinulog period.
Willing to work beyond office hours (overtime).
Has experience as Sales Staff (preferred).
With basic Customer Service skills.
Solid Communication and Interpersonal Skills.
Ability to sell products and services .
Flexible and open to change
Can multitask
