We also have team members in two company-owned offices in China, as well as in Europe.Job Summary: The Seasonal Real-Time Analyst will be responsible for monitoring real-time and historical adherence to schedules and break times, analyzing productivity, and tracking associate activities. This role involves providing actionable recommendations to the Workforce Manager and Workforce Lead.What You'll Do
Key Responsibilities:
Monitor real-time and historical adherence to schedules, break times, and productivity.
Monitor real-time and historical volume, performance metrics, and KPIs across phone, email, and chat channels.
Analyze associate activities and provide performance recommendations to the Workforce Manager and Workforce Lead.
Track and report performance metrics and KPIs for phone, email, and chat.
Provide real-time support and skilling adjustments to ensure optimal staffing and service levels.
Collaborate with the Workforce Manager and Workforce Lead to develop and implement strategies for improving overall efficiency.
Utilize analytical skills to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Prepare and maintain detailed reports and documentation.
What You Should Have
Skills, Qualifications and Requirements:
Strong analytical skills with a keen attention to detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
Prior experience as a Real-Time Analyst (RTA) or in a similar role.
Ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities effectively.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Experience with NICE CXone is a plus.

Working Conditions
Position requires seasonal and fully remote work scheduled from Monday to Friday, US Pacific Time
Position requires regular, continuous use of computer.
Position requires regular sitting and standing.
Position requires regular interaction with team members through the following methods: phone, WebEx, Slack, or email.
Position requires time and screen tracking via Hubstaff

Pay Range
Pay Rate: 335 PHP per Hour

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday in US Pacific Time
Target Start Date: October 27, 2025
Training: Comprehensive training will be provided
Position Duration: This is a temporary role, lasting until January 2026
