Job Description:
Build the Enterprise team from the ground up - recruiting, interviewing, and orienting new staff members
Managing a departmental budget and forecasting budgetary requirements.
Setting strategic long and short-term departmental goals and evaluating outcomes
Expected to build this part of the business as if it were your own.
Working closely with multiple internal and external stakeholders to grow the enterprise business
Communicate effectively with senior management to align goals and objectives.
Contribute to the product planning process
Requirements:
Past experience in leading Enterprise departments in financial technology companies.
Flexible, adaptive, and versatile. Needs to be able to slot into different teams
Proven ability to communicate with both senior management and stakeholders
Strong negotiation skills
Understand and be an advocate for consumers needs
Detail-oriented, creative problem-solving skills
