Main Key Process Indicator is acquiring 3 high value sellers [online services such as insurance / donation / hotel providers] monthly Create opportunities for platform growth by identifying new avenues for seller acquisitions Conceptualize, execute and track new initiatives to acquire new sellers for Shopee Manage internal and external stakeholders and act as a liaison for new sellers Create presentations and updates Support new sellers with onboarding and incubation after acquisition Provide market insights from seller's perspective, including understanding products, sellers, market & competitor dynamics Provide forecast on seller performance Requirements: Holds a bachelor's degree with excellent academic record Minimum 1 year relevant work experience handling non physical items or in Business Development / Sales, otherwise, fresh graduates may still apply but they should have graduated with honors or have shown leadership skills in extra-curricular activities Excellent communication and negotiation skills Detail-oriented, creative problem-solving skills Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint Flexible to work long hours on occasion
