Job Description
Liaising with other managers to formulate objectives and understand requirements.
Supervise and evaluate performance of production personnel (quality inspectors, workers etc.).
Ensure output meets quality standards.
Determine number of necessary resources (workforce, raw materials etc.).
Qualifications:
A minimum of 5 year(s) of working experience is required.
Candidates must be a Bachelor's / College Degree holder in Business Studies/Administration/Management or similar fields.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to solve problems quickly and efficiently.
