JOB QUALIFICATION
* Must be a graduate of Customs Administration or Business Administration/Management
JOB DESCRIPTION
* Reviews, receives, prints and endorses CPA to Documentation Assistants Reviews ATW received from carriers/consolidators
* Review and endorse final booking from Sales to Documentation Assistants
* Checks filed and monitors timely receipt status for US bound shipments and checks successful response of system
* Prepares & updates trip plan for truck booking Prepares liquidation of non-trade expenses
* Prepares RFP & submits billing documents
* Prepares & sends billing monitoring report & Paid HBL report
* Prepares & submits KRI Report
* Prepares PSB Quarterly Report
* Gives inputs to supervisor regarding the performance of subordinates
* Recommends improvement in procedures Inputs in the track and trace
* Supports and participates in corporate activities Assist in providing status reports / updates to Sales
