Our Role
Primarily responsible for guiding the company in assuring the stakeholders that their rights and integrity or their cultural values are respected. The SDMP Coordinator is responsible for establishing linkages among the host and neighboring communities in the implementation of SDMP.
Organizing and chair community meetings, facilitate discussions and liaise with community groups, companies and other organizations and submit monthly accomplishment report to all our hosts impact barangay.
Preparing submissions and reports on sustainable development and management program to the immediate superior and to DENR-MGB.
Liaising with indigenous communities.
Attend quarterly regulatory meeting such as MMT & MRFC or as needed in other regulatory compliances.
Prepare & submit budget request needed to all hosts barangay pertaining to SDMP projects.
Conduct monthly engagement with hosts barangay or as needed.
Report all issues & concerns of all hosts impact barangay to the management.
The successful candidate will have a qualification of a Bachelor's degree in Social Welfare and Development or equivalent. Previous work experience in community relations is highly desirable.
