About us
The expectation for this role is to be based in the new Philippine Technology Center at FPIP in Sto. Tomas Batangas, as soon as it is completed in 2024.
The role involves driving the team on their agile / scrum journey of continual improvement. This role looks to support and coach the team, remove blockers and improve efficiency and velocity through inspection and adaption via the Scrum ceremonies, which they will organise and lead.
About the role
Facilitate the various scrum and agile ceremonies. Ensure the team are not blocked from progressing. Work with the RTE and other scrum masters to deliver to the Agile Release Train objectives.
About you
Preferably an experienced Scrum Master with Scrum Master certification. Servant Leader personality - having the ability to both serve the team and lead when the team requires more direction. Ability to provide coaching to the team on agile and scrum. Creative and enthusiastic. Able to command the respect of the team. A solid understanding of the agile principles and behaviours, and the ability to identify opportunities for improvement and understand how that improvement might be made.
