Job Description
Drive and deliver product roadmap strategy for a B2B SaaS company
Proactive identification of key issues and requirements to ensure quality software development
Sprint preparation, resource planning, backlog grooming
Lead sprints and drive development team to deliver on product roadmap efficiently and effectively
Collaborate with developers, testers, and other resources to ensure sprints are focused and on schedule
Ensure sprints are organized, complete, and resourced appropriately
Any other tasks required to ensure successful software delivery
Requirements
5-10 years experience as a scrum master for agile/scrum/kanban projects;
2-3 years experience as a product owner preferred but not required;
Familiar with Agile/Scrum/Kanban (certification a plus);
Expert in JIRA software; and
Familiar with Confluence / Google Sheets / Excel / Figma.
