SCHOOL NURSE
As our School Nurse, you'll be the cornerstone of health and wellness within our school. You'll play a vital role in promoting the health and safety of our school community, fostering a positive learning environment. Your responsibilities will encompass:
Providing direct healthcare services to students and staff in the school.
Implementing and managing school health programs.
Serving as a vital link between students, parents, and healthcare providers, facilitating communication and ensuring continuity of care.
Maintaining accurate health records and ensuring compliance with relevant health regulations.
Responding effectively to emergencies and providing first aid when needed.
Facilitates and assists with employee Annual Physical Examination (APE).
Collaborating with teachers and staff to support students with specific health needs.
What We're Looking For
We're seeking a caring and proactive individual who possesses:
A Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree, or a Certified Caregiver with significant EMT or Nursing Aide experience
Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with students, parents, teachers, and staff
A genuine interest in children and their health and wellness
Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
A commitment to maintaining confidentiality and ethical standards
Work Schedule:
Monday to Friday: 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM
Saturday: 8:00 AM - 3:00 PM
Ability to commute/relocate: Cebu City, Cebu: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
