Job Description
Offer basic first aid to sick and injured persons.
Develop plans for student care based on assessments and interventions, identification of outcomes, and the evaluation of care.
Monitor and record the state of health of the students, perform initial assessment and provide referrals to both students and employees.
Establish and train a campus-based medical team composed of competent first aid response providers.
Plan schedules and facilitate the annual medical examination of the students and employees to comply with health regulations and to ensure the quality of health and well-being of the students.
Monitors the status of health of students and employees.
Ensure availability of healthcare supplies, equipment and facilities, as well as the cleanliness and sanitation of the campus clinic as required by existing regulations
Plan and implement health awareness programs in the campus.
Ensure accuracy of medical data recorded and regularly update medical records of students on file.
Keep abreast on current medical bulletins and advisories of the Department of Health and disseminate the same to the entire organization.
Oversee all health and medical intervention programs of the organization and provide a report on the implementation of the same.
Job Qualifications
Education Background and Licenses
• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or any related program.
• Licensed as a registered nurse.
Work Experience
• At least two (2) years' work experience in a hospital environment.
Special Knowledge and Skills
• Computer literate, particularly in MS Office applications.
