Job Description
The Admin Assistant is assigned to coordinate and assist in the administrative support for a particular department in the school (kindergarten, grade school). The position requires someone who can communicate effectively with teachers, parents and students. The Admin Assistant will be part of the Admin team and will attend department meetings, take notes, fulfill requests, make copies, coordinate activities, relay announcements to parents and generally support the needs of the assigned department.
Job Qualifications
The successful applicant should be organized, have good communication skills, possess good computer skills and be willing to work in an education environment dealing with parents, students and teachers.
