Job Description
Assist Marketing, Estimating and Operations departments and project team members in the development of proposal and bid schedules.
Read and understand RFP to determine proposal schedule requirements and assists with defining schedule goals and objectives will meet the RFP requirements and company strategy.
Creates proposal schedules utilizing P6 Primavera program or as designated.
Coordinates and manages all necessary resources to complete proposal schedule (i.e. arrange and manage meetings with necessary design and operations personnel to obtain required activity, duration and logic input and ensure integration of DB or DBB a
Creates preliminary alternate delivery schedule analyses as needed to support project delivery strategy decisions (i.e. cost, resource, and schedule analyses for alternate building systems.)
Provides proposal schedule deliverables in accordance with proposal development process (i.e blue, red, gold drafts) for team review and input. Adjusts as necessary.
Provides QC and narrative input for any proposal schedule narrative requirements.
As need basis, attends proposal team meetings to answer/discuss any pertinent scheduling questions/approaches.
Very good English language skills, and excellent listening skills.
Excellent customer service and "soft" communication skills.
Qualifications:
A minimum of 4 year(s) of working experience is required.
Candidates must be a Bachelor's / College Degree holder in Engineering(Civil) or similar fields.
BS in an Engineering field or equivalent work experience of 6 or more years
Two to Four years direct construction experience
Working knowledge of MS Office, Bluebeam, Revit, AutoCAD
Expert working knowledge of Primavera 6 (P6)
Someone who has traveled overseas before would be a plus
