Maintain accurate records of calls and scheduled meetings
Ensure timely follow-ups and rescheduling when needed
Collaborate with internal teams to streamline scheduling processes
Requirements
1-2 years of experience in customer service or scheduling roles (must have)
Comfortable with cold calling and handling objections
Clear verbal communication with a light or neutral accent
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Basic knowledge in WellSky or another healthcare or homecare scheduling platform.
Reliable and punctual, especially during on-site phase
