Job Description
The Satellite Warehouse Analyst is responsible for planning and coordinating the general external warehouse operations - efficient unloading of delivered materials and material transfers to / from external warehouse, reviews warehouse floor plan and layout to maximize space capacity, timely & accurate recording and system transaction posting to ensure inventory accuracy.
Inventory Management
Determines storage area and monitors floor space capacity and allocation
Performs item condition check of all macro materials to ensure proper arrangement, storage and preservation of all inventory items
Prepares supplies need for daily operation
Coordinates truck requests for all material transfer
Coordinates sampling and analysis of incoming materials on all external warehouses
Coordinates pest control activities in all satellite warehouses
Satellite Warehouse Operations Planning
Prepares planned activities for all external warehouses.
Prepares capacity planning/utilization on all satellite warehouses
Monitors swappings and vessel closeout
System Transaction and Documentation
Monitors receiving transactions and internal transfers for all external warehouse
Transacts all macro receipts on all satellite warehouses (receiving,transfer and cost update)
Analyses system transactions and ensures reliability of system inventory
Updates inventory for all external warehouses
Prepares documentation needed for transfers
Cost Management
Reviews billings and process request for payment
Monitors cost on pest control services
FOOD SAFETY:
Complies with quality, Halal, health and food safety policy, standards and regulations of the company.
Responsible for reporting problems related to Halal, food safety & quality management system to identified authorities.
OTHER TASKS:
Actively participate in all company programs and activities under quality improvement, safety & security, sustainability, corporate social responsibility, risk management etc.
Performs other tasks as may be assigned by the immediate superior.
