Duties and responsibilities:
Site Acquisition (SAQ)
LOI (Letter of Intent) preparation and submission to lot owner/building owner/building admin
Ensures the site will have its survey schedule
Secure necessary permits on the building for the initial survey
Leg work and other minor SAQ Works
Documentation
Collate all needed documents
Prepare permit documents
Permitting
Prepare property documents, barangay, precon, national and post con
Prepare schedule acquisition plan
Qualifications:
Any related BS Engineering and IT courses
0-1 year work-related experience
Knowledge of CAD operations, 2D GIS operations
With basic site acquisition and permitting experience and building owner/building admin interface
