Description As a SPIRIT core team member in the deliver business team the following activities are part of the job to ensure the successful implementation and sustainability of our SPIRIT template: * Drive the decision making for all requests for Description As a SPIRIT core team member in the deliver business team the following activities are part of the job to ensure the successful implementation and sustainability of our SPIRIT template: Drive the decision making for all requests for change of the template which includes the alignment with other teams (business & IT), obtaining acceptance from key users affected and defining the exact business requirements Monitor the realization of template changes including testing, communication about changes to already implemented locations and coordination of regression tests Responsibility for document management, which includes the creation and maintenance of all relevant documentation (blueprint documents, training material, test scripts) Support of locations, where SPIRIT has been implemented already as 2nd level support (incident management) as well as trainer (SCM Academy) Driving process improvements and keeping the concept of the global template at the same time Qualifications Academic degree in economics, supply chain management, information systems or comparable qualification Professional experience in supply chain management (source, make, deliver, material flow & warehouse) Experience in project management and process mapping is desirable Operational experience in SAP (SD module) or another ERP system Knowledge in the MS Office applications Fluent English language skills (spoken and written) Good intercultural competencies and presentation skills Continental develops pioneering technologies and services for sustainable and connected mobility of people and their goods.
