Job Description
- SAP PI/PO Developer (Process Integration / Process Orchestration) is responsible for delivering interfaces between SAP and Non-SAP systems that combine business processes with software SAP development tools.
- The complexity of interfaces may vary, however they need to scale and be highly reliable for complex enterprise system environments.
- Expert in designing and building robust integration solutions using PI/PO integration technologies.
- Ability and hands-on preferred to integrate between various ERP and non-ERP applications
- Experience in handling CPI integrations projects
- Should have worked on all SAP Standard adapters File, SFTP, REST, JDBC, JMS, RFC, SOAP, IDOC_AAE, HTTP_AAE, MAIL, 3rdParty adapters
- Hands on experience on REST, RFC and JDBC look ups.
- Hands on experience on java, UDF and XSLT mapping.
- Expert in configuring A2A, B2B and B2C Scenarios.
- Knowledgeable in Translating of ABAP mapping to graphical / java Mapping.
- Expert Understanding of SAP Proxy.
- Good Understanding on SFTP server connectivity.
- Good Understanding on SSL certificate setups.
- Knowledgeable on the Backend Systems (SAP ECC/ERP)
- Knowledgeable in NetWeaver Administrator
Duties and Responsibilities
Design and develop complex interfaces using SAP PI 7.0 to 7.4
Ability to perform various mapping techniques available out of the SAP PI system
Provide troubleshooting and resolution on technical issues relating to SAP PI / PO connectivity scenarios and Providing root cause analysis.
Provide support during project implementation and BAU activities.
Collaborations with functional and business users for the development requirements and integrations according to best practices.
Monitoring of interface-related services
Willing to work beyond office hours and to be on-call
Provides continuous improvement and maintenance support for the stability of the landscape and if applicable to other middleware systems.
Familiar with other SAP Cloud Services (CONCUR, FIELDGLASS, ARIBA and IBP)
Work Experience
At least of 5-7 years work experience in integration of SAP and non-SAP systems using SAP PI 7.0/7.1/7.3/7.4
Experienced in implementing integrations with SAP Cloud Solutions
At least 1-2 full-cycle SAP PI implementation experience in development capability in XI/PI.
Expert knowledge in SAP PI Development and Adapters such as File, RFC, SOAP, HTTP, B2B, JDBC, JMS, IDOC, REST, SFTP and Development Mapping
Should have comprehensive understanding of Runtime
Workbench for monitoring, mapping, debugging, node functions, and performance tuning.
Good working knowledge in SLD Configuration and Setup
Good working knowledge in Netweaver Administrator and Java Configuration
Good working knowledge in SAP BASIS (RFC, JCo, Connections, SICF Services, SMQ2, etc)
Knowledge and experience working with SAP Fiori is a plus
Strong PI / PO system knowledge or SAP Cloud Platform Integration
Message Mapping (Graphical, UDF)
Strong NWA knowledge (certificates, Identity Management)
Nice to have knowledge Basic Scripting (SFTP, SSH)
Nice to have knowledge Basic Networking and firewall troubleshooting
Level of Knowledge
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or any IT-related course.
Solid understanding of SAP System Architecture
Strong command of the English language both written and oral
Good presentation skills
