As an SAP MBOM Project Manager, you will lead transforming the process in which an Engineering BOM flows to our manufacturing system to become a Manufacturing BOM, supporting manufacturing, product costing, sourcing and life-cycle management, as part of a wider program transforming our supply chain.
About the role
Successful track-record of leading fast-paced development of manufacturing execution and materials management projects dealing with significant levels of disconnected processes, ambiguity and remain focused on delivery to meet business critical milestone dates.
Demonstrable experience of applying robust governance to deliver end-to-end aligned processes for materials management including, but not limited to, transforming eBOMs in to mBOMs, product costing, sourcing and life-cycle management.
Creation and aligning end-to-end delivery plans to support integrated business planning, supply chain collaboration and product life-cycle management vision and strategy.
Proficient in the management of 3rd party relationships and the ability to drive high-performance outcomes from joint supplier / client project teams.
Working collaboratively across the transformation team to contribute to roadmaps, best practice and continuous improvement.
About you
Bachelors in supply chain management or manufacturing, manufacturing execution and materials management
Masters degree is desirable.
5-7 years work experience in global manufacturing businesses.
Cross-functional leadership skills.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Proven record of accomplishment in large scale digital transformation.
