Urgent Hiring: SAP HCM Consultant

Job Summary
Metacom Solutions seeks SAP HCM Consultants to join a dynamic team responsible for end-to-end implementation and support of the SAP HCM Suite. This role encompasses Core HR, Talent Management, Time and Attendance, Payroll, Compensation, Reporting, Analytics, and more.
 
Qualifications
Experience & Expertise:
At least 1 year in configuring and implementing SuccessFactors modules.
3-5 years of experience in SAP HCM, IT HR, or PeopleSoft HCM.
2-3 years as an HR business user, HR IT administrator, or similar.
Hands-on experience in:
Requirements gathering
Fit-gap analysis
Functional design and UAT
Deployment activities
Expertise in HR business processes and SAP SuccessFactors/HCM ECC modules.
Preferred Skills:
Knowledge of SAP HCM ECC modules, such as Personnel Administration, Organizational Management, and Payroll.
Familiarity with HR process design and application support.
Strong consulting skills, with a focus on workshops and presentations.
Willingness to travel for onshore assignments.
