Your Role:
 
As an SAP HCM Consultant, you will work on system implementation, configuration, and support across various HR functions, including:
Core HR Administration
Talent Acquisition & Management
Time & Attendance
Payroll & Compensation
Benefits Administration
Reporting & Analytics
You will collaborate with stakeholders, analyze business requirements, conduct system testing, and ensure seamless implementation and support of SAP HCM modules.
 
Responsibilities:
Participate in all project phases, from planning to post-go-live support.
Conduct requirements gathering, fit-gap analysis, and system configuration.
Lead user training and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
Drive data conversion, system integration, and defect management.
Build strong client relationships and provide ongoing support.
Contribute to practice development, innovation, and knowledge sharing.
What You'll Need:
At least 1 year of experience in configuring and implementing SAP SuccessFactors modules.
3-5 years of IT or Operations experience, preferably in SAP HCM or HR IT.
Hands-on experience in SuccessFactors implementation, business process design, and solution documentation.
Strong communication and analytical skills with the ability to present solutions effectively.
Consulting experience and willingness to travel for on-site requirements.
Preferred Expertise:
SAP SuccessFactors (Employee Central, Payroll, Recruiting, Learning, Performance & Goal Management, etc.).
SAP HCM ECC Modules (Personnel Administration, Organizational Management, Time & Payroll Management, Compensation & Benefits, etc.).
