Urgent Hiring: SAP Master Data Governance Consultant

Job Overview
Metacom Solutions is seeking an experienced SAP Master Data Governance Consultant to join our SAP Data Management Practice. This role involves designing and implementing business transformation projects that focus on master data management and data governance strategies for diverse organizations.
Master Data Governance
Leverage expertise in SAP MDG tools to meet project requirements, including workflow configuration, BRF (Business Rules Framework), and FPM (Floor Plan Manager).
Build and execute SAP data migration processes, including mock conversions and production loads.
Practice Building & Client Management
Build long-term relationships with clients by managing communications and stakeholder expectations.
Contribute to the development of practice assets, proposals, thought leadership, and IP.
Collaborate with subject matter experts and prepare project case studies.
Qualifications
Technical Expertise:
Proficient in SAP Master Data Governance (MDG) and data migration tools like LSMW, LTMC (Migration Cockpit), and Syniti ADM Tool.
Deep understanding of SAP architecture, including S/4 HANA migrations, CVI, and data object tables.
Experience with SAP Business Objects Data Services (BODS), with skills in creating extraction jobs, query mapping, and validations.
Familiarity with SQL, ABAP programming, and SAP workflows.
Experience & Education:
Minimum 3-5 years of hands-on experience in SAP Master Data Governance or Migration.
Proven track record in SAP mock conversions, production loads, and transformation projects.
Tertiary qualifications in Business, Economics, Engineering, Law, or Science.
