Position Description: Reporting to the SAP Platform Manager, the SAP Billing Functional Consultant will be dedicated to our client's rate modernization project. The consultant will be an integral part of the SAP agile team: Customer Service and Billing. Mandate is 100% remote but subject to change per client request. Candidates living outside of Canada are welcome to apply. Your future duties and responsibilities: Participate in the rate modernization project as a billing expert Work hand in hand with our business partners, business analysts, architects, and others on the SAP team Analyze and document solutions to adequately meet customer needs Write functional specifications and a configuration document Configure in the SAP S/4 Hana application Write and execute functional and integrated tests Collaborate with other SAP team members to achieve common delivery goals Communicate and provide status of progress to his product owner and the scrum master Required qualifications to be successful in this role: Minimum 5 years experience with the SAP ISU solution, more specifically, for SAP Invoicing, Pricing and DM (Device Management) modules Experience with SAP SD modules and customer management is a plus Experience in at least one utility company Highly developed customer approach Team-oriented Ability to synthe and analyze, oriented towards the improvement and optimization of processes Excellent communication in French (written and oral) Feels like you are missing certain skills for this role Send us your resume anyway, we have great training plans to get you up to speed! #LI-GJ2 What you can expect from us: Insights you can act on While technology is at the heart of our clients' digital transformation, we understand that people are at the heart of business success.
