Job Description
Duties and Responsibilities:
Techno-functional expertise to define business requirements, identify areas that require improvements, and recommend, and develop solutions in ABAP.
Develop and propose SAP solutions that align with clients global rollout objectives.
Collaborate and support business counterparts, based on incident tickets following the Incident Management process.
Design SAP configurations and customizations to optimize processes.
Conduct thorough testing of SAP configurations and customizations to ensure they meet the desired outcomes and adhere to best practices.
Work in coordination with cross-functional teams, interfacing with other SAP modules, such as SAP SD & SAP FI, which may require support.
Provide documentation of technical solutions.
Education and Qualification:
Graduate with a Bachelor of Science degree in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Business, or a related field.
Proven experience with SAP implementation, configuration, and customization.
Proficient in ABAP programming language, minimum of 2 yearsexperience.
Sound understanding of the SAP Warranty Management process and being able to provide an optimum solution utilizing key features which include (Warranty definition, Warranty tracking, Warranty claims, Repair & Service Management, and Reporting)
Experience in the Automotive industry is a plus
