Graduate of BS Food Technology / BS Sanitary Engineering / BS Chemical Engineering and other relevant courses;
Preferably with intensive experience in IPM, QMS, and Sanitation in a food manufacturing company
JOB DESCRIPTION:Organizes, plans and monitors the 3rd party Sanitation & Pest Control operations with the different section to ensure that management strategies are implemented. Approves a sanitation and pest management plan developed by a 3rd sanitation and pest control provider.
Assists in the identification, screening, negotiation, selection, and accreditation of 3rd sanitation and pest control providers. Inputs and reviews of contracts for sanitation and pest management services are included.
Establishes Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) 3rd party Service Provider for Sanitation & Pest Control, that includes monitoring of achievements and improvement, as well as serve penalties in case KPIs are not met by the service provider. Ensures that corrective actions for non conformances and non compliances are discussed with the 3rd party Sanitation & Pest Control provider.
Assist during audits of external auditors, clients, SMG and PHC internal auditors, and other regulatory bodies conducted at the assigned Plant.
Manage the service provider to ensure that the 3rd party and their personnel fulfill their contract obligations.
Assists in ensuring the plant's compliance with HACCP, Food Safety, Sanitation, and Good Manufacturing Practices standards, especially during night shift.
Supports the development and implementation of established food safety, quality, and environmental management systems, as well as adherence to the department's food safety, quality, and environmental objectives.
