An established manufacturing and export company of wooden furniture based  in Mandaue City is in need of a highly motivated, dynamic and enthusiastic individual that would fill-in our vacant position:
 
SANDING, COLOR & PACKING / LOADING SUPERVISOR
 
Qualifications:
At least 5 years experience as supervisor in sanding, color and loading/packing department
Proficient in both oral and written communication
Team player with passion for excellence
Versatile, hardworking and possesses strong leadership skills
Has a political will to implement policies and quality standards
Competence on planning, organizing and overseeing the sanding, painting and loading area
Result-oriented, honest, mature enough to handle responsibilities and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
Strong planning and analytical skills and with strong leadership qualities
Good scholastic records and good moral character, has the ability to communicate clearly whether oral or in writing.
Can speak English fluently, is an advantage
