Job Description
HELPS customers with complaints and queries, give customers information about products and services, takes orders, and processes returns in a professional and efficient manner.
Attend to Walk-in customers, Clear, clean and refilling racks
Assist with goods return request
Assist audits and annual stock counting
Provide solution to customer and assist with purchase items
Forwarding to delivery unit in case customer is eligible for free delivery
Measuring, weighting and cutting of loose selling items
Assist in clearing, cleaning and refilling the display shelves and maintain display orders on the shelves
Collect returned items from customers and forward it to the Shop Manager for checking
Assist auditors on stock counts and annual stock counting
Qualifications:
A minimum of 1 year(s) of working experience is required.
No minimum educational attainment is required for this position.
Female applicants are preferred for this role.
